Voted  number one league for March!!

On the Wings of a Butterfly

By Cristean Wolf

Your friendship is special
Like the flowers that bloom,
Or when a butterfly emerges
From within its cocoon...

You remind me of the butterfly,
Loving and free,
Bright and colorful,
For the world to see...

We will share sunshine and rainbows;
Sometimes, the rain and the snow;
We'll stand together through it,
While the cold winds blow...

When the time is right,
We won't stop to ask “Why?”
Our friendship will take flight
On the wings of a butterfly...

I am sorry to announce that the morning tours have been canceled.

We tried Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning tours because many of you requested them.

We could not get the participation we needed without begging for players to join us.

So we canceled Monday, Friday, and Saturday, but kept Wednesday open per requests that the league members would like to have a badge Wednesday to play together to win bux along with completing their badge.

This last Wednesday, tours were set for the badge games, there were 18 on line playing the same games as were offered in Key's early morning Badge Day Tours, and only 1 player came to enjoy the benefits of playing the games with the Den Family and winning bux along with getting the badges completed.

Because of the lack of interest and participation, the Wednesday Badge Day tours have been canceled.

We will be having a marathon for the league tentatively set to begin April 23rd and end March 29th with the “Big King and Queen Tournament”!!
More information to come!!

The HAs would like to congratulate Dave (War4him5) in his promotion to Head Tourney Director!

You so deserve this promotion Dave! Congrats!!

A couple of reminders for you...
When you register for a tour, please be on time for the tour, as tour will start with or without you.

Lee has asked that Hosts wait until 5mins after the tours scheduled start time and then close.

Even if all are there or not to allow late jumpers.

All who have registered will be kept in for the first round only and you will be charged your bux for the tour.

If you do not show for the 2nd round you will be taken out. But again, you will have already paid for the tournament whether you played or not.

If you do not want to pay bux for a game you have not participated in, then it is best that you let the HAs know, or the Host, BEFORE the top of the hour, that you will not be able to play in the tour and wish to have your name removed – or – you can remove your name before the time of closing to keep Cases from taking the fee from your total bux.

If there was an emergency arise and you were unable to play or let someone know, then you will need to explain to the HAs the situation and your bux can be reimbursed to you.

If you are in a tour and stop playing it is it is very important that say BRB before you leave, and remember  when you return that you let the host know you are back.

As it is UNFAIR to other players in tour if you do not play a full round of the tour.

You will always be put on a five min timer if you do not respond in tours or host sees your token count or stats dont change.

If you dont respond within 40 seconds of tour round end your partner can be given win fir your delay in responding

Your cooperation would be greatly appreciated

Thanks key & wolfscub

April is a month of new life!

Flowers begin to appear, flowering trees are at their peak of beauty, the green grass is growing and we hear the sound of lawn mowers trimming the grass.

Birds are chirping their beautiful songs, the laughter and play of the children, the adults going for walks and enjoying the warm sunshine.

Grandma and Grandpa sitting on the porch swing enjoying the fresh air and the sounds of spring.

The windows are open in the cars as they drive by and the windows at home are open allowing the breeze of Spring to gently air out the winter stuffiness of the closed up home.

Life is happening!

The cities are coming alive, the school grounds once again have children playing outside, soccer teams are beginning to practice for the big games to come, the track athletes are out running to prepare for the races that are ahead and the ice cream stands are preparing to open with the luscious flavors of Spring.

God's creatures are bringing forth their young into this world of wonder.

Babies are everywhere- the sign of New Life is in the air!

Gardens are being prepared for the foods of the harvest.

Spring cleaning has begun!

Yard sale signs are going up all over the neighborhood, clothes and sheets are being hung out for the freshness of the breeze and sunshine!

Rain showers fall throughout the month of April to replenish the earth's sweetness and bring forth the bulbs of the earth!

We all say the famous words, “April showers bring May flowers! “ And what beautiful flowers they are...just in time for Mother's Day!

I am sure there are many, many more happy thoughts of what April brings!

Let your imagination flow!

April is also noted for the celebration of Easter.

The children are excited about the Easter Bunny coming with eggs, a basket and goodies.

The little girls are all dressed up in the most beautiful of dresses and the young men in their new suits, going to church on Easter Sunday!

Christians have their time in prayer, in remembrance of Jesus' last days on this earth; the Last Supper, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the betrayal of Judas with a kiss and 30 pieces of silver.

The many beatings that Jesus was subjected to, the betrayal of His followers, hearing the cries of the people, “Crucify Him”.

Then the hanging of Jesus upon the cross till death.

The miraculous then happens!!!! Up from the grave He arose! Jesus is resurrected from the dead to sit at the right hand of the Father!
Christ Jesus is alive! He has risen! Alleluia!

 Did you know ….....
April 22nd is Earth Day. Earth Day was started after the horrific oil spill of 1969.

By April of 1970, the United Nations designated April 22nd as International Mother Earth Day!

There were over 20 million who participated in this day at that time.

Gaylord Nelson, a USA Senate from Wisconsin, proposed a 1-day National Environmental Teach-in to be offered in all the colleges throughout the nation to do a training on the importance of a clean earth, air and water.

Since 1970 this event has happened every year in the colleges, as well as the High Schools and Elementary Schools.

Today there are over 500 million participants and has spread to national governments in 175 countries!

All are participating in cleaning the air, the water, and the earth!
